Because the Simpsons were designed to be 2D, there were quite a number of things about that character designs in the first season that could never be tranfered into 3D. Yet as the show matured, I've also noticed how the character designs have been refined so that they would also be 3D compatable.

This is an excellent job!

I modeled it in 3dsmax 7 and render is vray.

USED, glad you think it looks like a real toy on the floor, that was the idea.

Didn't you do Homer a while ago? I seem to recall that was you. Will you make them all?? Pretty pleeeease?? :crazy:

Papaya, yeah I modeled Homer and Mr. Burns a while back.

I may do some more characters yet, it just depends when I have time.

Do you still have the Homer and Mr. Burns objects? Maybe just to satisfy all of us that want to see the whole group you could put them all on that floor and render a shot.
Also this would be a cool group project that could be done, the whole cast or even the whole city. If I had any skills I would offer to help. :cry:

fucherballs, I've still got the Homer and Burns models but I never modeled their whole bodies, basically just their heads. So, I'd have to do some more work before I could do a render with all of them. Maybe sometime, don't know when though.
