Having trouble uploading avatar.
Is there a way I can compress this file to fit in under 15000 bytes, perhaps using photoshop?

I think you've answered your own question. Use the "save to web" function in photoshop to make sure you get it to the correct KB size.

edit, I said the same thing as the above post.
I learned that if you output it as a gif in photoshop it is much smaller and you will have no problem getting a 120 x 120 image to be under 14 K.

Here is your image but saved as a gif with 128 colors, 12 KB. You can barely notice a loss of detail at that size.

I didn't know about that function, so I'll get it on there in the next, oh nevermind.

just wondering, is there a way to save a button from imageready so that it is only one simple gif image rather than an HTML with a images folder?
Some of the photoshop stuff just went over my head in high school...

Not sure, I use phoroshop and if you hit Ctrl, Alt, Shift and then S at the same time it outputs it as a file and you can choose gif. It is just a quick way to save out a deferent format. I am sure you could also hit save as and then choose gif, That way it will only be the file.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you but I do not know. It works in photoshop so I am sure it probably will with image ready also.
