Maybe it would be wise to not post a link to a forum which requieres to be registerd to view the information about the project.

To get at least some person working on this, you better would give a huge explanation about your project just in this forum and show as much concept to make people believe that's it's worth to join the project.

Make your work attracive!

just my two 0.02$ ;P

Yeah dude, not me be mean or anything, but that was REALLY pathetic, basiclly showing that you lazy, don't want to spend time explaining your project, that definatly won't get peoples attention.

So how about you add a lot more information, and we can start over :)

oh, i am so srry u guys, im just not reely used, to posting about games....
and i must have forgot u have to a member to view, srry bout that.
So, lets just start over....

Here is the story line(so far)...

You head to the moutain wile heading for the moutain there are Terrorists shooting at you!

When youo reach the mountain you and your team get into a rocket and go into space!

But an evil scientist that worked with the corporation that made the rocket put a life form of creatures thruout the rocket!

(They are unable to grow becouse of the gravity!) so when lounched into space there is no gravity and they start growing and getting smarter! The only way to stop them is to blow the ship up. So the team then decides to build a Ship to escape into space with!
After fighting there way to the development room they lock the door nothing gets in and nothing gets out!

About a week goes by and the ship is complete They then take off and abandon the ship without blowing it up! and they land on the nearest planet to investigate (while there looking around the planet the rocket is within orbit of the planet there on! and the planets gravity has pullen the rocket to the planet and the monsters start unloading by the doesens and eventually spread all around the planet)

And thats where the game will end ....for now.... and there will be Expanison packs!

Wich will take the game further and longer!

The story is still developing, adding things as we go along!...
Any suggestions or anything, is welcome...

Any of your help is.......helpfull..

If i just so happen to like it then i will use it.. but be creative, and think of some cool guns that youve wanted to see in a game but has never been in one before.

Looks good, is there anyway to get ur model to have detail, a hand on the thing and the gun pointing out, like in a FPS?

Well, whats your poly limit?
And, who else do you currently have working on the mod already?
Reason im asking is - that because you (usually) need to set up bones in the hand and on the gun itself, properly, for it to work in the game, and that, im not too good with.

and for consistency, your gonna need the same hand model for all the gun models

Evil dread, I suggest you fix the spelling in your story, also, this seems liek your really do not know what your doing (not to be offence) 9/10 this will go no where...

your better off working on someone else's mod who knows what they re doing, then you learn... easy as that. :wall:

Ok I only post on here once and a great while to other peoples things if I see it is worth posting or whatever. What I say may seem harse or what ever but hear me out.
Most games ok all games have something called design documents and concept art of some sort. You can't just get a group of people together based off 6-10 lines of story and have a good product. You are just looking for people to do things for you for this obviously. No offense but when it comes to even making a mod to a game it is a lot of work and usually involves a significant amount of people that know what they are doing.
Your story is very uninteresting in my opinion and doesn't really seem to flow too well. I would work on developing your idea first. Move onto some concept art and then find some people to help you out or start it yourself.
Most projects I have worked on in the past and jobs came from my interest in a certain product or idea that I thought could go somewhere and get off the ground. It needs to have staying power.
Good luck in your endeavours.

I've read somewhere, that 98% of all indie project ends nowhere.
I'm always sceptic about indie projects, infact i almost don't believe in them, although i'm a part of a indie project, but that's becose i 'do' believe in its future cos the team leader does really knows what he wants.
There is so much research done about the subject and more is underway, the person is so much dedicated to his goal and his ambitions, I feel like that's a honour for me to work on that project.
His motivation and excelelent knowledge does influance me a lot and i'm almost give all my free time that i normaly would spend with friends in that project.

I miss this spirit in yours and many others indie projects, here and on other forums.
(please take no offence, it's not on my mind to offend, i'm just sharing my experiance,)
Indie game making isn't a easy thing, it requires a lot of knowledge and team leading spirit. Don't expect people comming easy on to your project, every one has his stuff to attempt, only when you're doing something that's a breaktrough and it's very well organized and presented, you shall see how much wonders will happen.

just my 2 centes.

I recently posted this topic. I'm quite experienced with low poly weaponry modeling. Seems like your project would be a perfect description of my abilities.
