Hello,

My name is Elliott, and I am the founder of Hybrid Games. The business at the moment is very new, infact I started it on the 16th.

The first project for Hybrid Games is an RPG. We already have a server for our use, and developement has begun on the site: www.hybrid-games.co.uk, which should be up and running in a couple of days now.

As Hybrid Games is a new business, and it has very little money I will warn you now - This is an ad for payment on completion.

Here is our strategie for developement of the new RPG.

1. Organise a team who are willing to help and have the right skill AND dedication.

2. Start dvelopement of the Hybrid Games website

3. Start deveolpement and design process of the MMORPG

4. Come up with an alpha version, releasing that to entice more developers who would have been apprehensive about starting from scratch.

5. Eventually, complete developement and sell game

I do realise that this is a broad representation of a developement cycle of a game.

Please note before reading this, we already have the C++ instructor as our programmer and server/client programer, and a story writer for later in the developement process.

This post on threedy is actually and add for a texture artist,

if you have read thus far, are a concpet/texture artist and are still interested, first of all thanks for reading. The skills required for joining the team are:

1.Being a competant Concept artist: Being able to come up with character designs, and orthogrpahic views from those designs. This is a MUST, and any application will be declined as for the starting group, but we may contact you later in the developement process if you fir into one of the other skills listed.

2. Being a competant texture artist with a good amount of experience. For the preliminary work described from the link above, we need you for the first developement of the game, as far as getting a community from the models you have textured in the alpha releases. This is also a MUST, same things apply if you dont fall into this one as above.

3. Being able to work with a good amount of effort to get projects done and dusted, although for the prelim. Designs, this is not so important.

Please note: the most important skills we need aare you being able to make orthogrpahic veiws from the designs for races you have drawn, and finally being able to texture those models.

As for me, I am the main modeller of the starting team and am very able to produce high quality low poly models, for pretty much any purpose. The one thing I am not good at is texturing, which is the point of this ad. I am semi capable in terms of animation, and the skills I do have are easily enough for a game.
