arm rotation problem in lightwave

hi ppls,i am facing some problem in animating hand in lightwave.i am using acs4,3and in thomas 4d.its actually not a problem but in my model when i use to rotate its hand in bank it start making buds over there.so plz help me. :grr:

Well, I'm not a lightwave user, but I think it could be skinning problem between upper hand and lower hand.
