Hi, I'm sorry I'm not sure what u are talking abt, but I'm sure u could use "Wire" to solve the problem.

Just right click an object, click "Wire Parameters". U could "wire" a sphere's position to it's own radius. So when the sphere move away, it could be bigger or smaller.

here is the problem in which, i want to animat this model like that
the radius of the model should be change but the thichkness or the basic width of the model should not be changed

it may be that the modeling is rihgt for the animation or not or any other way
of modeling for the animation.
