Yeah, I was thinking about getting it but I don't know if it's worth it...$60 for just a head tutorial...although it looks like it goes step-by-step and really in-depth, which is what i need and the final head looks good...hmm, so is it worth it anyone?

Hi,

a couple of days ago I've got the dvd - the training material is ok, but the dvd-menue doesn't work :hurt: . I've copied the dvd content to my harddisk but when I start to follow the menu it doesn't work so I watched the flash video files modeling the monsterhead during two days  .
I think that a few flash files are missing and the links have to be overworked!

Maybe I've got a monday-dvd like we say in germany... would be nice to hear what other user say!

Hi Leomax

I truely sorry to hear that your DVD menu does not play and certain files are missing. It must be a one of faulty disc as the DVD was checked from head to toe by a few people before it went on sale. I will forward this to cdsupport. Hopefully we can get this sorted and send to you a new copy.

Thanks

Chrisp

Hi,

yes, I've got a replacement DVD! Mr. Barnes from the support team is great! He has sent me the dvd within a few days after contacting him. The dvd was exactly the same and therefore not playable on my main pc, but I I've found the reason: my installed internet security 2005 suite blocked everthing - even after switch the security suite off another guy on my main pc did the same, maybe the firewall or another popup-blocker... I don't know. 2 days ago I got my notebook and tested the dvd on my new hardware - everything was allright and blame on me for this stupid problem I have produced by using my overprotected main pc.

So I offered Mr. Barnes to send him one of the dvds back, but he said to me that I can give this dvd as a gift to a friend of mine. Stunning support team, great man!

Robert
