We from Shoran Software got some fantastic news about RenderPal 2004:
A Linux version of the RenderPal 2004 Client is finally available!
The new client is an easy to use yet highly efficient console-based port of the Windows version.
We also updated RenderPal 2004 Server to version 1.50. Beside adding support for the Linux client,
it also adds some new features (like client limits for net jobs), brings several improvements and
fixes various bugs. RenderPal 2004 Workstation has been updated to version 2.40 as well.
This is a truly remarkable release, and everyone (especially the Linux users, of course) should
definitely check it out!
For those who don't know RenderPal 2004 yet: RenderPal 2004 is a professional render management
systems supporting a vast amount of renderers and compositing tools, including Maya, MentalRay,
Lightwave, XSI, 3dsmax, Apple Shake and more. For more details, screenshots, feature list and
