excellent.....the grass is really good.
I would tile the roof tiles just a little smaller...
But it`s really good scene....

The scene was modelled in AutoCAD, and rendered in 3DS Max 7.
The grass is just a .jpg with a MR displacement map added.

Look real, are u gona put something else, furniture, life style, ect...?
We can see the repeat in your grass material at this hight but at eye level I think that is ok.
Is there suppose to have a metal cap on the garage brick wall to prevent water to ruuning inside the wall?
I am an architectural 3D modeler full time, and my speciality his exterior animation, so if you have any question, dont hesitate to ask.

No - the garage wall does not have a metal cap on it (we must do things differently in the UK to you guys in Canada).
The house is actually semi-detached, in that there is another house built on the right hand side as you look at the picture, and there is another garage built on the side of my garage.
As to adding furniture and life style!! to it, we've just had the garden re-done so there is nothing else there at the moment.
Maybe you could recommend a better way to represent grass?
