ENVIRONMENT ARTIST
Our client is a well established independent video game developer based in Scotland, who specialise in the creation of AAA video games based on original and licensed properties on a variety of genres and platforms. Due to an exciting new project they are now urgently looking for a talented and creative Environment Artist to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for modelling and texturing levels using Maya for a forthcoming next gen release. You will be experienced or an exceptional graduates. A working knowledge of Maya or Max or in depth knowledge of a 3-D package is essential. You must be able to work with high and low poly count and have an understanding of lighting. Experience of shaders would be a plus. Overall good modeling and texturing.
There are both contract (£20k-£36k), permanent (£21k-£28k) and senior perm (£23k-£31k) roles available.
