Character: M&M's war

hello, ive been doing a major project for my multimedia cource at college and i decided to do it in 3ds max and create a animated scene of two M&M characters fighting with light sabre's like in starwars, but will be situated in a room with a sofa, tv ect..

i was going to attatch my room and characters, but it doesnt seem to support .max files? so i just attatched some of the pics of what i have done so far any help/opinions would great.

im in the process of putting biped in the character to animate the walking/fight scene but im having a bit of trouble with it
