Open your material editor, on the top tool bar select options, This will open the material editor options. Half way down the right side you will see 5 buttons with default on them, pressing all these should get your material editor back to normal. Then press apply and OK...
Should do the trick for you.

These fields are not displayed unless you turn on Display Reflectance & Transmittance Information in the Advanced Lighting panel of the Preferences dialog. Quoted from the max help files.
Go to Customise on the top toolbar and select preferences. Then select the advance lighting or Radiosity tab. there you will see a selection box for the material editor as to wether you want these options enabled or not.
Deselect them and re save the file.
That will sort it out for you.

No , not working too.
The problem is i have those specs working on my mats, but i dont want to.
I never gave any of those specs to any material, they are stacked in all mats and i cant get rid of it :(
But all mats comes with those 2 specs allready altered, and i dont know where to change it cause they are not in maps, or any other place that i have search in .
EDIT:well now its working on the viewport,, but i still get that glass in my 1st mat spot, and the all light in the render, but i guess i turn all off, so i dont know wheere the hell that lights comes from
Ty for your effort to help :)

If you can't get rid of the problem then open up the problem file, then reset max from the file menu.
Then merge the problem file into max and re-save it... that should reset the material editor and when you merge it should keep it as default. Then when you re-save it should be ok in future.
Hope you get it sorted as little things like this can be a real pain.
