Nice, but too hard edges. Chamfer them a few times, and it'll look even better. Good work. How you'll do the strings?

Very thanks. Where do say that I apply chamfer?. The strings I will do withs splines.....the NURBS are better for this?.

me parece un buen modelo, deberías como dice lorddarthvik, hacer un chamfer especialmente en la parte superior del mango(brazo), se ve bastante plano, acordate que las guitarras son hechas en buena medida a mano, lo que genera bordes un poco redondeados.
Me gustaría un poco más de luz en el clavijero para poder observar como anda por ahí
Además el puente inferior parece un poco alto, aunque bueno eso depende del diseño de la guitarra

I tried modelling my guitar, I did it by extruding the faces of a box untill I had the guitarshape. But offcourse it wasn't smooth at all. How can I make it smoother?

Gracias por participar y explicarme lo del chanfle. Voy a ver si puedo hacerlo en este momento porque la malla no esta muy bien tratada. Respecto a la luz, es de prueba, el render creo que lo hare la semana que viene.

Here apply chamfler with a value of 1 and renove the pegs. Today I will do the strings with splines.

ahora si que el suavizado esta quedando mejor..
espero verla completa con texturas iluminacion y un lugar donde quede apollada para poder apreciar este hermoso modelo que has hecho.

gracias por cambiar la luz, ahora sí se puede ver mejor!
ahora una cosa nada más, luego de aplicar el chamfer tenés que utilizar el turbosmooth o el meshsmooth para dar el efecto que supongo que estás buscando, como pudiste ver lo que hace el chamfer es eliminar la arista filosa convirtiéndola en 2 ahora lo que resta es aplicar alguno de los modificadores que te dije para que se genere una buena curva entre esas dos aristas..(solo en caso de que lo querás así, no sé) es una sugerencia

Very thanks, I tried apply more chanfler but i can´t do it because the mesh will damage.

And to chamfer a box, does has to be a editable mash or poly first? andthen I suppose chamfer is in the modifiers list?

The pegs was updated. The chamfer is apply in the Mast; in the box I don´t apply chamfer. Is it that you question me?. Sorry but I´don speak and read english very well.
