Yes it's another phone, but I haven't ever tried anything like this and because my portfolio needs more this kind of technical stuff. Here you go, NOKIA 6030:

Nice phone. Where do you get blueprint reference? Do you just eyeball the dimensions?

raytracer - I didn't have any blueprints. The phone is my girlfriend's, so I just (as you said) eyeballed the dimensions. I don't think there's much blueprints of these phones out there.

Hi.. really good work
I tried to model my phone but failed miserably.. Could you give an idea of you work flow..
Some of the difficulties you encountered and how you got over them..
This would hep me immensely

Model is great, I haven't seen the real thing either, but it looks very good and very real there on your model. The plastic (black) is great, never seen as good shiny plastic before, not even on my cell phone ;)

Just a little thing... Those balls and the 'mid navigation joystick', it doesn't look too chromic, it don't really matter in balls, but the joystick it abit sticks out. It looks like shiny version of aluminium. Otherwise very good :)

I think little screen picture in the cellphone screen would have made the phone even more living, but its great even without it :)
