Hey all. Heres my latest work. A Lego Star Wars E-Wing.This is just my first render and dont know how to make it more realistic looking. Anyway as always c+c welcome:
It's looking real enough for a piece of LEGO, maybe a scene where it fits in correctly would make it more realistic (example; on a table or on the ground with more LEGO parts spread around it) and make the material more shiny (plastic like).
What software and renderer are you using?

I used 3ds max 8, and its the default scanline renderer on light-tracer and a skylight.

I think it's looking really good. Nice results with scanline renderer, looks like plastic to me. I agree with Yuri placing the X-wing to table with other objects would help a lot. I think you should give a try for hdri based lightning too.

E-Wing * Sorry lol, I'm a complete Star Wars fanatic and used to be a legos fanatic. That looks great! Um, I guess if you're going for realistic, add some specular/gloss to the bricks to get that shine if you can? But yeah, that looks awesome.

Definatly what Yuri said and yes use a sky light with a HDRI as the map for the lighting.
