hi I'm trying out some tutorials on Vray at http://www.aversis.be/extra_tutorials/vray_basic_material_settings_02.htm and it all works out pretty nicely untill I get to "fog color"..

when I enter the amounts for the fog color multiplier and fog color, the render looks just like an oversaturated color in refraction light (when I give a fog color of a very light pink, it actually makes my object bright red all over).. And when I turn down the multiplier to like 0.05 (anything above 0.1 all gives the same result) it's just like I have a realy light color in my refraction color and not the change in darkness in thicker parts (like for example in http://www.aversis.be/extra_tutorials/images/vray_basic_material_settings/page2/basics_0081_big.jpg )..

this attachment is what I get.. this (http://www.aversis.be/extra_tutorials/images/vray_basic_material_settings/page2/basics_0080_big.jpg) is what I should get..

anybody have a clue what I'm doing wrong? (or even has a clue what I'm talkin about? :p)

Which Vray version? What is your object's size?
The effect of the fog color depends on the absolute size of the objects and is scene-dependent.
