3ds max tutorials legal??

im thinking of producing video tutorials in my country in my language coz people can learn fast
im planing to sell them and earn money

i want to know about the legal issues regarding this?>
is this legal?

If you have a fully paid up commercial license of 3d max i can't see any problems.. But don't quote me on that, as it's something i have never looked into really.

im producing cd rom on ly can b run on PCs.
