In need of a Toon/Cel Shader

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could help me with something. I work with Maya, I perfer to character design, model, and animate, and I'm looking for a really good toon/cel shader. I was watching Disney's Fantasia 2000 the other day and if anybody else has seen it too, there's a short with a toy solider, a music box ballerina, and a jack-in-the-box. I know that the background is actually a mat painting and there are some traditional animation elemnts in it. But the main characters have a great shader. I've been searching for something like it but can seem to find anything similar. Can anyone give me a website where to download a shader like this or give me tips on how to do one in Maya?
