Hell, it's not working again! Lets slap that wet fish into the face of theese guys in labs which are responsible for that!
Loool, love that Monty Python's video! I didn't seen it before (I watched them on a regular basis in TV, but didn't managed to see them all)

Whoah...dboydesign easy with the Splat/Speckle mix....the models pretty good (efficient idea too - just replace the cheap car freshener every once in a while), but those materials are a bit much. I mean, no amount of fresh air is worth killing someone, right? ;)

(ok, so I don't have to agree with that last part, but it keeps me off the legal hook)

haha Trimyr!! Yeah i know! Actually I was going for a tacky look.. you shoud seen another render I made! alot of blob mesh! but that killed it! so I drop that. But I actually I just want to see how far you can go to create something tacky but still looks okay. I thinks this is a good example ;P or what?

There is lot of great stuff here. But I was also want to make something different.. let the fantasy flow."if u can say that in english?"hehe

Some great work out there

I was waiting for the upload to get fixed, but I won't get another chance for several hours - don't want to miss the deadline.

Modelled in Inventor - 60min
Rendered in indigo/VRay - 15h  /2min

Justo: more than sweet: amazing!

Betasoft: why so fast? I was getting lab works in place of you! ( It was more boring you can even imagine! ) You had all day long to improve textures and lights!

And now for some final comments

alidanesh Post #242 - Very Nice modelling indeed there, i really really like the organic look to it. great plug work, and i like the on button aswell. you're texturing and lighting looks impressive aswell, mental ray and vray create such awesome creations. i really like this alot, and the white base material works for me.

dboydesign Post #252 - Nice work, lol you've managed to model both a car and normal air freshener. it's very nicely modelled. The blood splattered texturing is pretty cool too, i like it. good work.

roach105 Post #254 - Beautifully simple work, but at the same time extremely convincing modelling too. i really love that render, looking great. nice entry.

noyb Post #257 - That looks excellent, and i love the way you've made the wireframes, they look just like techincal drawing building model plans, and they give it such a cool style and a different edge. awesome rendering also, really nice indeed!

Justo Post #259 - Wow! very impressive modelling!! beautiful rendering too, i love the colours they look incredible. they look a bit like Dr Who's Sonic Screwdriver's :) Incredibly good entry really :)

betasoft Post #262 - Incredible work as always, your really talanted in Cinema 4D, i wish i was better! i love the vent work, and the plug, the render is great, and the overal style is very very appealing. Nice work!

That'll be all my comments for this week's SMC i think, unless we get anymore entries in the next 25 mins, that's all that's left!

I'm looking forward to the next SMC topic, i really do hope the attachment issue is resolved soon

Kind Regards

Segunda - A Warm welcome to the forums, although you're entry won't be considered this week because it's over double the limit, don't worry, you're modelling is very nice, you've got a good stlye and you're pretty good with texturing and lighting and rendering by the looks of this first post, if you can just get your entry within the time limit, you'll be able to enter your models in the challenges.

You will get alot faster, the best way is to practice modelling all the time, experiment with all your toolset, and set an alarm, weather you've finished the model or not, submit it, it's all good.

Looking forward to seeing you participate in future SMC's.

Kind Regards
