I just finished this monster based on a sketch by a friend of mine, Neil Robinson. I used Electric Image 2.92 (3d toolkit version), Painter 3d, and Wings 3d.

Hehe i like him alot, looks original. One tiny detail though that is hard to notice is that you can see the sides on the eye. But you can't really ntice that. Other than that i think the model is great. :)
