Hello I order my DVD on the 11th. Well it was shipped on the 11th and I still have not gotten my DVD I am starting to worrie cause I have been dieing to have that DVD and I cant get ahold of anyone to help me figure where it might be. I've tried e-mailing yall a couple of times and I am still getting nothing.. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks..

Anyway, please send your order detail [such as buyer name and email address etc] to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org I will tell the ''Sales Dapartment'' to investigate this matter for you as the first thing on Monday.

I hope my order shipped fine, they emailed me and said that they shipped it on the 18th, its the 28th now, 8 working days already, hope nothing happen.

I am sorry for any delivery problems, but as you can imagine, once the parcels leave here we do not have any control regarding the delivery times. The mial service assures us that they try to hit their 'aims' but sometimes it does take a little longer for packages to reach their destination. This is mostly for coutries outside of europe (we are UK based) and is predominantly a customs problem... unfortunately we can never predict what those 'nice' customs officers will decide to do. We are now however using a much more reliable service so even if it takes a few more days it is much more likely that you will recieve your package. Again. please write to:
