I really like the style too, just something that look wierd but maybe its just the angle, its the thumb looks like its messed up but i m probably wrong.

you ask... i answer...

- he loved it, he said the other guys from his band will want one of this too... and probaly produce an animated video clip...

- no, you are not wrong, this is a learning work, I'm trying to get used with character studio tools... if you look carefully, you can also see distortions in the sholders and neck... I still prefer the old fashined bones rig and skin... let's see if I change my mind...

- As I said, I trying to learn use the character studio sketeton and physique... i'm trying to resist the temptation of making a bone skeleton rig :P

thats interesting, as a fellow bass player I think its neat but the character needs ALOT more movement for the animation in my opinion. smoother animation with more movement and more accurate movements to the bass sound would add alot.

oh I also want to note that the bass is dispuportionate to the character, I know its cartoon and puportions arnt a huge thing but the characters arms could never reach the end of the bass to play the lower notes.

my bass guitar comes to alittle over my waist and I'm 6'2" just to give you an idea of puportion.

also what reference do you have for that bass riff? the character isnt playing it correctly if you like I can make a video of me playing the riff to give you an idea on how it should look for playing that riff.
