crosing line pointer ??

hey , guys another stupid newbie question , i have messed up my ui somehow and now i get a crossing x and y lines in my viewport :hmm: , how do i get rid of it its really annoying help plz !!!! :ugh:

Maybe some View-> "something" settings. Og maybe you even might find it if you just rightclick the viewport. It might help if you post what program you use, I just assume you use 3D Studio...

I've just checked, and know what it is.
There's an option in preferences to turn it off (it's a tick box). It's in Preferences>General>UI Display, third one down. :)

You've possibly pressed a key shortcut (although it's not assigned by default), I always do it with 'o' (adaptive degradation), and 'x' (gizmo on/off).
