Hello guys,

I am mostly at cgtalk. I knew a lot of other threads..but found this one as good as cgtalk.

I thought begin my first post by posting my latest car chase animation called - Total Control.

that is one godlike animation !!!

i really and i mean really like it.
the last part when they pass the train looks like the scene from the fast and the furious.
Really good animated nice models to bad its so short.

Yes....actaully this animation was inspired from the need for speed animation....and so the likeness;)

and yeah i did use some refernce from movies...like fast and the furious... :)

absolutely incredible animation, modelling is not highly detailed but still top notch, it is very nfs and then the railway bit is fnf :p

As people say " it can be better " i thoughy so too after i was done with this project.....but then....its always like that....while you are working on yer stuff - you see it from a diffent view...and after you are done...you see it froma toally differnt view..and then u think that...oh my...i could have done so much better.

thanks aamir, I had been trying since the last year...I still am...and will keep doing. Its just a matter of time..i think i can wait.

Hey:

Having the same problem with the medium-quality Divix version. It plays the first few seconds, then the video hangs though the audio keeps right on going. Sounds like a keyframe was needed and didn't get added?

Anyway, hope to see it sometime,

I had that problem, but it seemed to get fixed when I got the newest Divx(5.03).

yeah...u will strictly need divx5.03!
or u can simply watch the WMV files they are pretty good quality for the file size.

the whole project took me around 2.5months + 3 weeks to render & post production. The cop car, suv, chopper were modeled earlier, the rest was done withing the 2.5months. There are model rotations on the site too...

I am satisfied with the results.

I know this post is old, but it has to be brought back so that new animators and 3d wannabes can see it..this is by far some of the best animation work I have seen in a while...
(I don't get out much!:p :p)
