Very nice, I like the lighting, really enhances the scene.
What did you use to model it?

Bryce booleans and some lattices for the three "things" in the middle.

You would mind if I use it as a wallpaper?
It's great...Greatest:eek:

That's a great scene — I like how you did the shot on a bit of an angle — it makes it look more natural. The lighting really sets the scene as well.
Keep it up.

Another awsome picture, you really know your scale. The sizes of the structures is awsome and the lighting really captures the essence of the scene. :ufo:

Unfortunatly, this is the original size of the rendering! I usually do images in 1024x768, but for this one, i wanted to focus on the "machine" and not so much on the surroundings. Sorry...

Sweet scene man. I would be interested to know what you did with it in post. What did you use to get the grain effect?

Nice scene,,
those two small characters do show you the size of the whole thing.

The light rays, enhanced reflections on the "things", some color corrections and sharpening are made per post. I always do as much as i can in Bryce, and only use postwork for some extra lighting and reflections. The base atmosphere must be set right though.
The grainy effect is the result of the textures and the sharpening.

Now thats a really cool picture. It brings some chills to me when i look at it, but i cand put it past me (in a strange and demented kind of way)that i some times picture the small spaceship that the kids built in the move explorers in the center of the platform. I also like the little ppl you have added(even though you could only see them in the wireframe)
I love working with Bryce 5, and now i can really see that some can really get into it an find the hidden power inside the program.
Im still working on making items and other weird things with Bryce, but at least i figured out how to make very cool curved blades in Bryce with the help of Paint shop pro.
Keep up the good work.
