best vray settings

could somebody tell me what are best vray settings for interior and exterior (3d max)
lets say i dont care for render time i just want best possible picture

Its very hard to give an accurate assumption on what the best settings would be. It all depends on whats in the scene, how many lights you have, etc.
The way the renderer works, theres just too much to mess with.
