*.mp file converter??

I just started 3D modelling and im using Maya. I model for warcraft III and ive tried imporing the *.mdx/*.mdl files form War3 Download File (http://www.wc3sear.ch). A windom pops up saying "Unkown File". Does anyone know if there is a *.mp file converter(preferd Macintosh).
