I have some ideas of high speed robots with hand to hand capacity and long range weapons.

can they fly?

Doesent say anything about them "not" being able to fly....The rules just state no vehicles sooooooo...Nout wrong with sticking a big jet pack on they're back! Or have thrusters coming out of they're feet :O

Ya! guess it's acceptable! cause it is a robbot not a sweeper! :D btw I puted a jet motor on my concept sketch by now, not sure to keep it yet! but thought there is no prevent to it for a robot! :evil:
Robots havn't much limitations like feeble organics! :evil:
