The Collector, Since all life has been whipped out for us and we have gone totally to machine, everything has become electrical and the old ways have been forgotten. Except for a few the Tribunal council! They have come together to put out an Elite soldier who's sole purpose is to gather a form of energy that is never ending. This is the Collector.

The old ways of magic and of human skin are gone, the collector has been called upon to keep this alive the magic is the only thing that still exists in us that keeps us human and one of the purist forms of energy. One soul can power a generator for hundreds of years; with this power harvested we would be Unstoppable. Lucky for us the Collector exists his exoskeleton has been branded with inscriptions that let the magic flow through him giving him the power to steal the soul from a body just after it has been killed. Because you have to be so close to the body the Collector specialized in the dark arts of assassination, his only weapons are a knife for back stabbing and a long ranged scoped pistol. And the rest is hidden in the shadows!

You can fear the machine but fear the dark more for that is what will steal your soul!!!

Hey thanks for the comments guys, here is an update on the concept, I went with more a revenant feel to him. Now, he has no legs just dangling tubes and wires!! He uses a special flail with 3 crystal spiked balls at the end, and he has no Eyes just two huge cybernetic horns growing out of his head. Check it out,
