Here is my concept. I decided to go with a huge tank like figure who is the field artillery general.Now that the concepts finished(decided to go with comic art type concept instead of loading lots of detail)LETS GET IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!

His head looks way too human... unless you will give him a clearly artificial texture.

yeah right now it looks like a human in a robot suit.....but if i look closely it looks like it only has a face.

that is reallly cool, i would probably go ahead and change the face to a more robot one though.

I'm going with the 80/20 rule for the contest, At one point the General was human until he was completely transformed into a cyborg, so he would still have some human characteristics.

Sweet!! Reminds me of that Monev The Gale character from the Trigun anime (could be a nice reference for a more robotic head design too)...
