Hello, I'm sorry to post here but after 2 mails without answer I guess it's the only solution.
I placed my order 3 days ago using paypal and I'm still waiting for my download link, I can understand problems but since we are very near to the week end and I would use this week end to play a bit with the plugin, I would really appreciate getting my download link :(

BTW, please, don't worry, I'm a customer of 3DTotal (Eva DVDs, some 3DTotal texture dvds, 3DCreative) so I'm not worried at all and I trust you people 100%. I was just worried there would be some problems with my mails not reaching you (problems can happen) that's why I did something so extreme as posting on the forum (I usually never do something like that for fear customers might get worried and that's why repeat it here : I'm a customer, ordered more than once from 3DTotal, and never had any problem)

Hi Calin, That is strange, we have staff answer all customer support emails pretty much as soon as they come in during the week, problem is the studio is closed for the weekend now but I think I should be able to get a link to you from my computer here at home, I will try now, cheers, Tom

Thank you Tom, and if I don't get it this weekend it's not too bad, there's another weekend next week :) I now there can always be some problems, it happens with the internet :)
BlueCherry seems to be a nice tool, and I guess I'm like all old kid, I am a bit impatient to play with my new toy, but I can also wait a bit (I'm from a generation when you often had to wait 14 - 20 days before an order arrives ;) )

You should have received the link by now, if not the email is being blocked (they are sometimes regarded as spam so check a spam folder if you have one) or maybe you can make a setting to always allow emails from 3dtotal.com to come through?

Ifs its still a problem we can manually email you a link on Monday and cut out the automated system.

Thank you for your answer Tom :) In fact, checking the spam folder in both my accounts (the one I usually use for my orders and the one used for paypal) and nothing there. I use Thunderbird and I have filters set to put most of my mails in different folders according to the originating server (for example, 3DTotal - for the forum and my 3DCreative subscription links, CGTalk and so on) so mail coming from 3DTotal should never be filtered (but was worth checking anyway).
Here I rather think it's maybe Paypal which did something wrong (already happened once)

a note to other developer of softwares: that little "help with..." button is in the exact right place, easy to understand, and free of all that extra i don't wana read all this bla bla stuff just to get the quick answer with what i'm dealing with right now
