animation 3ds max9

hi i was wondering how to render an animation on 3ds max 9 and like save it and every thing thanks!

do you mean render as AVI? if so do this:

Step 1: press f-10
Step 2: Select Range under time output and designate the range of the animation
Step 3: Scoll down to "Render Output"
Step 4: Click "Files"
Step 5: Give the file a name
Step 6: Save as type "AVI"
Step 7: Select the viewport you want
Step 8: press "render"
Step 9: sit there and wait till it finishes :D
