Want my part to glow

I´m trying to make my part glowing like a neon light or a lightning (flash) but I cant find the right command. Please help me!! I´m using 3DS Max.

You need to look into video post. There's a glow effect there. Setup a camera, add that, the glow & an image output event to video post, play with the settings & there you go. Sorry, not much time to reply, check max help files.
