I will post to commence the Voting. Voting will be the same as last month with each voter putting forward their top 3 in order, 3pts for a 1st place, 2 pts for 2nd and 1 for 3rd. This means that will have to choose carefully! Feel free to give a reason for your choice as it will be good feedback for all of you!

great work guys! here's my vote

1. Sacek great colors modeling and render man!
2. Shahin_fj until the end you were the first for me but like you see i like more warm colors,you're entry it's still perfect :D
3. Siege i've to say that your entry come out really well in the end,the proportion and stylization of the anteater are grat,i like it so much!!!

i have to say one thing,yes,anteaters are not so easy to make and stylize but some entry seemed to me a little bit far from what an anteater stylization should be (IMO and in that words i'm including also WIPs that i've sent) to make an example,a mouth in the middle of the face make an anteater like an elephant (you can say that's not an elephant just because he don't have big ears) and so on... it's just me?

I hate voting! there are so many good pieces... but here I go:
1- Luume : this one brings me so much memories! I used to love animal shows for kids.
2- Rooky: I was going to give this one first place, but the color of the anteater didn't do well with me, great work still!
3- weitastudio: very funny.... I like the hair.

some really great entries. Here's my vote :

1 : Sacek : nice colors and very fine details
2 : mim : really funny. Like this aardman style
3 : shahin_fg : nice and great expression

some comments on other entries I like but weren't on my vote.
rooky : you were near my top 3, just a matter of colors
koek : your model was excellent but i don't really like this realist texture which didn't seems enough defined in resolution
weita : your model was the prettiest one but it loose something wiht the fur. Moreover I didn't understand this environment, why the helmet and the walls...
luume : great concpet but the part of 2d is for me to much important regarding to the contest rules. That's more like a paintover.

#1 - Sacek : I realy loved your work!! but the ants could use a bit more of your touch, i dont know where though, maybe its the color...
#2 - weitastudio : Realy cute eater :D but i the fur looks a bit more like some kind of winter-coat not anteater's fur...
#3 - Rooky : i think it stands out the most amongst other works becouse of that bright orange color... but i kinda like that.

Koek- i thought very much about including you in the list,good feelin great concept and other things, but.... there was a lot i did not like in the fur, so... blame the fur :D
Luume - i agree about the great concept, but it looks a bit too 2D'ish and photoshop, i dont know if its true though. but keep it on create next one in more 3D'ish looks :)

1. Sacek - those colors, that expression, those ants, that grass.... definitely a winner for me :)
2. eXeM - really like the kinda soft feeling in your work, and the bunnies of course ;D
3. Shahin_fj - it`s just great :) maybe something missing there, but I can't really tell what it is.


Koek - after seeing your last wip image I thought that this gonna be the first in my list, but as said here before, the fur.... someway it just take all that great feeling what was there before.

1. Sacek - Great job. Love the colors, the style, and the render. Just yesterday I was out pruning back the yard and came across an ant nest. This image is what I feared most. Today I go back armed.

2. Luume - Definitely a very cool, stylized anteater. Lot of character there.

3. Shahin_fj - Going through them all I kept stopping on yours. Just that look on his face. Total concentration.
