If you're a big GitS fan, or anime fan in general... You'll know what this is and how awesome it is. ;)
One of my friends is working on some actual textures (instead of the flat grey/tan textures/colors that it's like in the series. The model is pretty much done (except for int). It's all rigged up and ready for me to animate away with. :smug:

I am aware that the whole render is a little 'noisy', but of course I wasn't rendering for absolute-quality. Just something for you guys to look at.

Well, the concept is OK. But it looks basic, and primitive based, try adding more detail.

But I modeled this as accurately as I could to the actual vehicle from GitS (Ghost in the Shell), and I made this pretty close - if not exactly to what you see in the series. So I will not be editing the model, but I will try and add more detail with bump mapping and texturing. To give it a more metal-ish look.
I am certainly not the best modeler. But I modeling this mainly for animating.

:D awesome...i hope there will be more details in the texture.....the model is fine the way it is, you made it for an animation so it should be ok

Not to be rude... but I think this is far from "exactly what you see in the series." it just took me a moment to find some references of the tank you are trying to model. Now I don't mean to repeat what has already been said, but I also think you need to add more details.
If anything I would say chamfer some of those edges so it doesn't look like you just manipulated some boxes...
