I can't help you with Vray, but I think the windows are kinda unrealistic.

your model is just a frame, with a piece of glass. when I look at my windows, I see a lot more beams, and some handles.

window doesnt contain glass at the moment as it makes the render time even longer and i have to render 750 frames :)

Ooow, you're making an animation..?

Yes I have to render 3 movies : two movies of 250 frames and one movie of 750 frames so i kept the glass out on purpose to reduce the render time.
When I know how to make a nice render with VRay I'll put some glass in for Portfolio purpose :)

Looks good, it will better in VRay.
All I can say is use Adaptive QMC (at 1:2), set it to low/medium level of Irradiance (for animation), and use a nice 'roomy' environment colour (bright yellowy) for lighting and reflection!
