Need Help!!

hellow guys i have one question in 3D max 8.

1. how to make vertexes bigger,round and yellow?

P.S i saw the same vertexes in one tutorial :)

Yellow:
For selected vertices: Customize --> customize user interface --> colors --> Elements: Geometry: Subselection --> set color on the right;
For non-selected vertices: Customize --> customize user interface --> colors --> Elements: Geometry: Vertex ticks --> set color on the right;

Bigger:
Customize --> preferences --> viewports, increase the "size" value next to "show vertices as dots" checkbox.

Have no idea how to make them round.
