Modelled with Max9. Cars are Dosch. Truck and semi were purchased on Turbosquid. Trees are EasyNat. Rendered with Maxwell. Comments are welcome! I had to white-out the logo on the sign...

i think it came out pretty well.

i noticed on your first image, right in the middle, there is a railing floating right infront of the docked truck.
on your second image, and this is just a personal feeling, it seems that the building is a little flat/dark, especially the left side where the main mass is. i think it might help if you moved the light to illuminate this facade a bit more.

Thanks for your input. The floating handrail was actually a reflection i the truck's paint. I have fixed it here:

Hey great job Bubbaloo.
good concept indeed. I almost think the car should be the same as the people for two reasons:
This is not a focus item, and
you didn't model it.

I like the gray stick-figures, they give you size/scale without drawing attention from the model of the building.

Thanks! You're right about the car. I will experiment with that next time.

Wow... I was scrolling through the first few shots thinking "meh... nice renders, but the design doesn't do anything for me..."

Then *BAM!*

That last incarnation is so much better... The black powdercoating makes such a huge difference! And the logo wall/facade/whatever is a definite improvement...

Nice work! :)

Is the last shot a little warmer too? Or is that just an optical illusion from the extra black?

I really like the last render too, it's a nice previz ;)

Thanks alot, guys! I put a lot of work into this one.
iconik, the lighting is the same on the new one, I think it just has more contrast.

My favorite is the second one (from top to bottom). I love the mood that you have achieved there. The grass could use some displacement in that view.

The last one is very good as well. The only thing that bothers me a little is the fact that the foliage is a little repetitive. Also, probably a photo of a tree with alpha channel would have worked better instead of that 3d tree you have there.

Anyway, very good renderings.

Alex

nice renderings m8. you mind sharing render times?

i would reduce the clouds in the sky to make the image more friendly. and maybe use some dof to get rid of unneeded details in front part of image (tree, flowers, car) and to get the focus back more on building.

Thanks! Render time was overnight at 6000 px. (Maxwell)
