Here's the first shot of the concept for my main character (demoreel). Any suggestions r welcome!

First of all great drawing!
How are the things on his hands attached? Maybe add straps...

Just a thougt:
He is the main character, but he can't do facial expressions because he has a helmet. So he becomes, like the troopers or clones in Starwars, expendable. Give him a face, it will make him a unique character we can start to love.
But that's just a personal opinion!

Tell us all about him! Does he have superpowers, or advanced technology to rely on? Does he have a sidekick? What's his No1. enemy?

Yah i already planned to do a face because hes supposed to take off his helmet.

Lets talk about the global idea...Year +-2600, a Deutsch Caporal developped a program to implant mecanics, electronics and organics mods in/on the human body. Some soldier wasnt able to receive mac and elec mods, so, the Caporal boosted their organics mods. Theses soldiers reacted badly to this "overloaded" implantation project. They killed the Caporal and now they want to kill everybody on this earth. (As usual)
We call them....Schinders or "Shin" (that mean Flayer in Deutsch).

About the main char, hes a MISpec-Op Soldier. Almost everythings on him is directly controled by his brain. He has no super-power, hes just stronger and faster than a normal human. But the Schinders lived in shadow for years and they now can see in the dark, they're a lot stronger and faster than the MISpec-Op soldiers.

Thats all for now...my english is very bad and im bored to think for everything i want to say...my brain is smoking :)

I'll post 2 3/4 views soon. The clean/shaded drawing will be post asap.

Ok heres the first 3/4 view done. I did it as quick as possible for you ;) The second one will be a 3/4 back view. After I'll probably draw some pose of him with a gun. But soon I'll post the concept of the other characters of my demoreel....the Shin! :D

nice pics I like it. Do you mind if i use it for reference pics for a 3D model? As I am just learning to model and have pretty much only done cars so far. But i really like your pics.

yeah i'll model it for my demoreel..thx to ask :P Why dont you draw a character by yourself and try to model it? Thats what im doing right now with another design i did today. Thats a very good way to learn! :P

I would draw something to model cept i cant just come up with things lack of imagination. And i really like the style of your drawings ill send you the mesh when im done if your interested in seeing how it turnes out?

I'll be glad to see what you can do with it but dont use it without my authorization (autorisation?) anyway.. :P

I'm currently working on a model for a school project...kind of irrealist super-hero (super-zero) with strange powers. I'll show you soon.
