I think it looks 2d rather than 3d, can't really say why. I think it looks good but not really 3d, not to say you didn't use a 3d program. Somehow it lacks a depth, even though it has perspective it seems like a painter's\2d artist's version of perspective.

how you did the blurring, made it look like its one of those Minature cities lol, but i like it :)

Thanx For all the nice comments, i made the dof in photoshop and added lots of grain and color adjustments. Notice how most of the grain os located where the blur is.

Exactly, it is like the camera is much bigger than the scene :)

Do you guys think it is good enough for the 3d total gallery? i subbmitted it last night but it isnt up. :(

Maybe if you tweak down the blur and the grain a little bit.
It's not that i don't like the blur and grain, it's just that it's too much of it.
It kinda swallows the scene and that's not good.
