My mover thing is broken

ok, i am using 3dsmax5. and for some reason my mover thing switched to the one that you get when you have the "selector button" clicked... i used to have the red, green, and blue one. and i dnot know how to change it back, and it is harder to model with it this way. if anyone knows how to fix this, i would greatly appreciate it :) thanx

happens to me all the time.
it was some button you had to press.
don't remember which one though.

thanx a bunch everyone, but if its not one thing, its the other, cause i got FinalRender1.0 and every time it gets done rendering, it errors and closes max lol it did have specs all over the image but i fixed it, and now my max says i have like 50million duplicate files in my max so i may end up uninstalling and reinstalling max:(
