Nice work, clean and tidy. Although, when looking at a photo, I see that there is a much sharper crease running around the upper edge of the hood; or whatever you call it on a mid engine.

Keep it up.

Hi NeoGeo,

I agree with parleee (red edge). Your (blue) edge is connecting with the front light, thats a mistake (I taking it too:xx:) The green one is the right.

PS: can you post a wireframe?

yea it looks that way because there is a edge connect to the corner of the front light that goes to the edge of the wheel i'll show a pic

if i remove that edge that effect is gone

I see the problem, push up the "side" edge to the level of your other edge (connecting with the light), and cut an other to define the curved edge of the part. check the wireframe of my enzo, in my treads first comment to see what I think. (I'm not sure about this method is the best or not but this work for me.)

Your hood meshflow is not good, I make a picture later. Keep working.

Add the green line, remove the red line.

Hi again,

your edge marked by blue heading to the windshield, but this is wrong. That edge is heading to the door like the green one. I think you can fix it easily.
Keep up the good work. :o

Maybe UnsteadyTeddys way is easier. Try it.

so i'm starting to have problems this is usuallly the part that i quit :p but i'll try to keep going... my problem is modeling tires and the tire treads mine is looking like a bumpy piece of ..... :p anyone got any advice for me on how to model them... wires would be really helpfull

I always take a deep look in tires to spot where the lines loop. Sometimes there are several different lines which makes it hard to sync in the loops. what I do is model this line-ins separated, then attach them together and find the way to match. I could upload a model of tires I did a while ago, so you can see what I mean. let me know if you're interested.

Hope you re on maya 2008, if not you can edit the .ma file in a text editor and change the 2008 tag for whatever version you have and you're ready. If you're not working in maya, I can make an .obj file.
