Handle design is in many details based on Empire Strikes Back design, lightsaber color is from Return of the Jedi style. BUt just based on, I added some detail ;)

The hilt looks very authentic. Looks like Anakins saber hilt passed down to Luke by Ben. My biggest crit is the actual blade. the blade of a lightsaber is ALOT thicker then that. The white core is as thick as the emmiter radius. Then u got a thin layer of the color glow. And then u got a bigger glow emmiting around it. Very cool hilt though :D!

I fixed the lightblade thing, looks much better imho now and I am quite satisfied with it. It is not exact copy of the blade in the movie, but I personally like this look.

Looks heeps better now. The top is narrowed to just white though. Dont know if u wanted it that way but it looks strange though. IMO there should be some green over the top too...not just white. And not pointy either...sabers are nicley round up there. But nice nontheless. Now how bout u model a Jedi for that. Or even better darken the hilt n switch to red blade and make a Sith Lord :P! Cool work :D!

I think the core needs to be just a little bit thicker. Also, the glow seems to go down over the handle a little bit. Other than that, the overall design looks great.

I really like your work. What package did you use for it? Nice detail and glow effect. The floor is a nice texture also. How long have you been doing CG?
