there we go, i think it looks quite finished :)
Looking really nice, realistic and crisp! I like that you created a unique environment, and not just turn the original plate to a winter version. The city/town in the background and the foggy atmosphere gives lots of credibility and aliveness to this image.
Although I noticed one thing: you've lost the rightmost part of the building totally. There should be some indication of it, if you compare how it is visible in the raw image we got.

I love it... looks like either the ice is melting, or there was less ice, like the first signs of winter, always a pleasure looking at your images...

they actually are only its blurred, just check in the tree reflections, you cant read detailed reflection from them ;p
