A question about rendering...
Is there a way to have one file render, and after it is done, start another one automatically?? Say a flag, or some sort of command or mel script that will do this??
Any help please! Rendering for my final, so I'm sure you all understand..

Sounds like you want to batch render. I'm a max user so I can't help with the specifics (just replying because this sounded urgent)...try looking up batch rendering in your help files.

Thanks very much Jenn I will look it up to see if it works. If not, well... I guess I'll be back!

Ok, so I figured out how to make a batch file to render multiple files. Yay!!! But not I am having problems rendering render passes/layers.
the syntax for the render layer pass is
-rl <boolean|name>
so i used -rl 1|fairy
fairy being the name of my render layer. But this doesn't work!! Does anyone know what the correct syntax is??
HELP PLEASE!!!
