The Highway Man is a lone stalker roaming the planes stealing, gathering information and killing.
Weapons: Flintlock pistol and sabre.
Artifact: The black eye. The black eye is said to be an eye replacement made from an unknown black rock giving the Highway Man control of the night binding it around him.
