here is my concept... i really hope i dont step on any toes but there are so many threads.

Race: Siljarian (executive)
Name: tba
Backstory:
He is a High Executor, ( an agent ) of the Sijarian Executive. The Siljarian Race is divided in 2 classes. The Executives which are the power and government of Siljare, they make up 51% of the population. The 2nd group are Citizens, this 49% is subject to the executive class but not as slave, rather lesser partners.

An Exuctor is and agent of the government... a High Executor is an agent to the Major Executive. This is the ruleing body of the government. A High Executor has Unmatched talent in any type of magic. They are responsible to only the Major Executives.

This High Executor is capable is air and lightning. The artifact he has come into possesion of is a storm seed. A rare artifact capable of taking air/lightning magic into devestating attacks in an exagerated level. He wears artifact channel objects in order to bring the magic of himself combined with the storm seed to the level where he can manipulate it without killing himself. He wears light armour on his left side for extra protection against incoming attacks.
