the pedals and body are lovely
the wheels and seat need more texture...

Is it just me, or the steering "rod" is a little uneven ? Nice model btw

Looks like a bike. Most of the shaders could be improved. 'Nuff said.

He edited it ^^ before it was like 200x300 or something :D
Now i can give some feedback ;)
You did pretty good on the modeling part! some mesh problems on the wheels, but all in all i think its good modeled. U missed to model a stand for the bike, now its obvious its 3d ^^
The seat has texture stretching, other wise the rest of the textures is cool.
The render though is a bit boring...try to add more scene to it.
so yeah..sorry for my rude first reply ;)

Like the others I think the modeling is ok.
The textures/UV layout on some soft body portions is off.
The tire tread and seat texture need some help.
A street style bike will have tread like this

And the seat texture is stretching around the bottom, try a different mapping technique.
Its a very good effort.

first, are you using an exposure shader on the AO pass? you need to remove it cause it makes the AO gray.
second, the seat texture is stretched on the bottom. (as mel said)
third, you need to work more on those brakes.
(what about the handle bar? is it that uneven?)
keep working on it, the modelling is a good piece.

Looks pretty good. The front derailer is not on the chain and the chain is saggy.

Nice render, and good modeling, although some parts appear far more detailed than other parts. But overall I like it!
And for the people thinking the cross-bar is uneven, if you look at the reflections you can see it is actually shaped and not straight, but the shape is parallel to the camera so it appears straight and uneven (I think). :)
Anyway, good work.
edit: just noticed, the chain appears to be outside of the front derailleur.
