Underwater Plants

I need some suggestions on tecniques of modeling underwater plant life. Im am fairly new with this stuff.... I know the basics and can navigate around 3ds well, but Im still new with techniques. Also, If anyone knows of any tutorials that might help me, please let me know. Thanks :)
