I've posted this here as I may have posted my other one in the wrong forum.
Unfortunately I've had to register to these forums to air my disappointment at the convoluted way of purchasing, downloading and actually watching tutorials.
I purchased a tutorial and tried to d/l it but was given the message "0 downloads remaining". So after eventually finding the FAQ, I sent off an email requesting a d/l link.
I was sent one eventually and d/l the tutorial ok. However, when I tried to watch them, I find I have to have a 'key'. So I now have to email another company and wait for them to reply (could be up to 24 hours they say).
I normally wouldn't complain, but time is of the essence on this occaision and it just seems a ludicrous way of doing things. Why not supply the 'key' with the original order? or email? Why should I be made to contact another company just to request a key?
It's now been 2 hours and still no reply from either 3Dtotal or 3Dquakers.com.
I'm due to fly out to Afghanistan tomorrow and intended to take these tutorials with me but it looks like that isn't going to happen. Where do I stand regarding a refund? :wall:
Still not impressed.
